A new promo for the X Factor USA reveals how many contestants the judges will be cutting before the voting rounds.
And, just like the UK version, the Top 17 (It was 16 in Britain) will perform for the first time live in front of an audience. The judges will then choose 5 acts to go home, with the remaining 12 acts moving on to the voting rounds (Voting begins November 2).
That is, unless Simon’s got another twist in store for us. You never know.
X Factor airs at a special day and time this week, Tuesday October 25 at 8 pm. Brace yourselves. The episode is 2 1/2 hours long!
Also, a new “Breakthrough Moment” video that features contestants from the Top 17.
