2 Shoes, Amelia, Jonjo and James Michael to face public vote for second chance on the X Factor after Frankie’s departure
It may have seemed like the end of their X Factor dream at the time, but now the first four contestants who were voted off the show have been given a second chance.

James Michael, Amelia Lily, Jonjo Kerr and Essex group 2 Shoes have never faced the public vote before – but they will now.

Following Frankie Cocozza’s departure from the show this week, the four acts have the chance to win a place back on the show if the public decide to pick up their phones.

Career ruined? Frankie, we don’t give a damn
He couldn’t sing. He couldn’t dance. He wore a pair of silly trousers. The puzzle is not that Frankie Cocozza has finally been booted off the X Factor, but what on earth was he doing there in the first place?

For a laugh, of course. A bit of a giggle. Way back in the summer auditions, Frankie’s role in the talent show was cast when he dropped his jeggings onstage to reveal he had the names of seven girls he had allegedly slept with tattooed on his buttocks.

From that moment onwards, it didn‘t matter if the 19-year-old from Brighton sang like a dopey tomcat being fed through a mangle.

Which, by the way, he did.

His X Factor fate was as signed and sealed as the inky legends of lust imprinted on his bottom. Frankie Cocozza was to be this season’s bad boy, a teenage hell raiser, a rocker manqué, a naughty sausage who sometimes didn’t eat all his greens.
