Lucy Spraggan: TO BE OR NOT TO BE?

X Factor star Lucy D-Day on ‘quitting’
X FACTOR bosses will today decide if crocked contestant Lucy Spraggan is well enough to return — as her pal Rylan Clark said she was on the verge of quitting.

She was forced to pull out of last weekend’s show because of ill health and was given a bye to this Saturday.

But Lucy, 21, has not been well enough to rehearse. Pal Rylan, 24, said: “Her health comes first and the show comes second at the moment.”

Lucy was due to have had her first practice session on Wednesday since being signed off last Friday. But she pulled out, citing exhaustion.

A source said: “It’s completely up to her when she wants to come back to the show and there is no pressure from the producers or anyone else.”

Lucy is due to perform a version of Rihanna’s No 1 hit Umbrella.

X Factor ‘to be axed’ next year
SIMON Cowell’s ex Sinitta says the music mogul will END the British version of The X Factor next year.

The ITV1 reality show has seen its ratings fall since Cowell left to join the American version.

Sinitta told Closer magazine: “I’m told next year is going to be the last. It’ll have been ten years.”

But a show source said last night: “There are no plans for it to end. It is one of the most successful shows in Britain.”

The X Factor’s current three-year deal with ITV runs out next year and negotiations on a new contract are expected to kick off after Christmas.

‘We love the screaming’: One Direction reveal their favourite thing about being superstars is the loud fans
Being picture perfect is something that comes rather easily to the good looking members of One Direction.

The British boy band looked at their dashing best as they got suited and booted for a glossy photo shoot and revealed that they just love girls screaming at them.

The former X Factor competitors are unable to go anywhere in public without being mobbed by their fans, but that is just one perk of the job.

Speaking in December’s edition of Vogue magazine Niall Horan said: ‘I love it. I love the screaming.

‘They love it, too: they’ve all got their tickets and they’ve been waiting a year or so to see you, so you’ve got to give it your best.’

One Direction hit Madrid: cue fun, frolics and a LOT of screaming fans
What’s the Spanish word for ‘SCREAM!’?
Sadly, we don’t know the answer to the question we pose above. We studied French at school, alright? So we’ll just have to use the English word ‘SCREAM!’ as we describe how One Direction’s appearance on Spanish TV show El Hormiguero – which was filmed in front of a live studio audeince made up pretty much exclusively of hysterical teenage girls – went…

The 1D boys arrive on-set.

The girls say “SCREAM!”

Niall shouts “Hola!”

The girls say “SCREAM!”

Niall follows up with “Que pasa, Espanol?” (Which, roughly translated, means ‘what’s happening, Spain?’ – who knew he was so good at languages?)

The girls say “SCREAM!”

The mile-high sleepover club! One Direction snuggle up on their private jet after appearing on Italian X Factor
They’re the type of lads who wouldn’t mind joining the daring club made famous by amorous pilots, flight attendants and passengers alike.

But the only action One Direction wanted to enjoy at that altitude was some duvet action.

Although that may not have been the case for Harry Styles.

Whilst Liam Payne tweeted photos of his pals all tucked in, Harry tweeted a close up photo of himself with an unknown blond girl in what looks like the cockpit.

Little Mix’s Leigh-Anne Pinnock leaves little to the imagination in white all-in-one… but keeps her bottom under wraps
There’s nothing like a strategically placed jumper to protect your modesty.

And thank goodness Leigh-Anne Pinnock strapped a colourful one round her waist when she stepped out in a VERY snug white unitard.

The 21-year old wore this highly-exposing outfit to a publicity event with the rest of Little Mix on Wednesday.

But the clingy material of her onesie hardly seemed the best choice.
