‘Misha B wants this more’: An unwell Kelly Rowland sends Sophie home after her two hopefuls went head-to-head
She was described as being as ‘dull as dishwater’ last night and it seems that the public agreed as Sophie Habibis became the latest contestant to be voted off the X Factor tonight.

The 19-year-old former barmaid found herself up against Misha B, also 19, in the sing off but it was a no brainer as all of the judges chose to send Sophie home.

Even Kelly Rowland – who has remained in the U.S. due to being ill – was present to cast her vote.

Is Cowell’s crown slipping? Hype can’t save X Factor as viewers waltz off to Strictly
For years, he has been the undisputed king of Saturday night television.

But Simon Cowell’s crown appears to be slipping, after the crisis-hit X Factor was beaten in the ratings by its BBC1 rival, Strictly Come Dancing.

Come back, Wagner! All is forgiven
Doom doom doom, doom doom de doom. DOOM DOOM DOOM, DEWAH WAH, DOOM.

Every weekend, the X Factor music thunders forth like a death knell, a herald of increasing catastrophe, a shrieking harbinger of horrors untold.

On Saturday and Sunday, it was accompanied by the traditional panic-stricken basso profundo voice-over; a lunatic at the bottom of a well bellowing edited highlights of the backstage shenanigans to date.

Tulisa’s heavy metal style: Herve Leger dress worn by The X Factor judge weighs more than a stone
If the weight of expectation is heavy on the shoulders of new X Factor judge Tulisa, it would be nothing compared with one of the dresses she wore on the show, which tipped the scales at a hefty 1st 3lb (7.75kg).

It was a black, floor-length Herve Leger bandage number with silver chains sewn in to provide a womanly hour-glass shape.

The label has long been loved by celebrities — including Elle Macpherson, Cheryl Cole and Elizabeth Hurley — due to the way the frocks cling to curves and pull any more ‘fleshy’ parts up and in.

X Factor diva Kitty Brucknell’s boyfriend has come out of the woodwork, with some shocking revelations about the singer.

Banker Derek Gorman, 31, claims that he and Kitty haven’t had sex yet, despite the fact that he has proposed, and they have been dating for six months.
