She’s got some front: Cheryl Fernandez-Versini takes centre stage for new X Factor promo shot wearing plunging blue jumpsuit
X Factor fans are eagerly awaiting the talent show’s return to our screens on Saturday, but in the meantime, ITV have released some brand new promo shots of the judges.
Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, 31, takes centre stage in one snap in which she stands out in a blue plunging jumpsuit, while former Spice Girl Melanie B, 39, stands a little behind her in a simple black cut-out dress.
The girls are of course accompanied by Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh, 62, in the image, but blend into the background in sombre monochrome ensembles.

Simon Cowell, 54, and his girlfriend Lauren Silverman, 36, made sure all eyes were on them when they turned up at the X Factor press launch on Wednesday.
The couple indulged in several PDA’s when they walked up the red carpet and posed for photographers at the Ham Yard hotel in Denman Street, London.
As he puckered up to the mother of his baby son, six month old, Eric, Simon stood out in his trademark open-buttoned white shirt, trousers and dark sunglasses.

Newlywed Cheryl-Fernandez-Versini, 31, turned heads at the X Factor 2014 launch when she dressed like she seriously meant business at the Ham Yard hotel in Denman Street, London.
The Geordie singer wore a black shift dress which had a contrasting white collar and she teamed the look with a pair of monochrome high heeled shoes on Wednesday evening.
Giving her look a splash of colour, the pretty brunette also wore red nails and a slick of matching scarlet lipstick.

It comes as no surprise that Cheryl Fernandez-Versini was happy to admit she would give fellow X Factor judge Louis Walsh a miss during a game of Snog Marry Avoid.
The Geordie singer would prefer to kiss Simon Cowell and wed Mel B, when she was asked who she would pick out of her fellow judges at the press launch for the ITV1 show on Wednesday.
The 31-year-old was selected by Simon, 54, as the person he’d prefer to walk down the aisle with, while he confessed he would snog the former Spice Girl.

ITV has been criticised for opening up The X Factor to contestants as young as 14 even though its own judges admit the format can ‘verge on barbaric’.
A leading psychologist said the show, which returns tonight, is ‘recklessly putting children’s health at risk’ by exposing them to public criticism and potential humiliation.
At the same time singer Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, who is returning to the judging panel after three years, said she has had to spare younger contestants from elimination on the latest series to protect them from the talent show’s cut-throat format.

He returned to his seat on The X Factor judging panel with much fanfare on Saturday night.
But Simon Cowell has warned that he will pull the plug on his long-running talent show if viewing figures continue to drop.
Speaking to the Daily Star on Sunday, he said: ‘In this day and age when you look at the overall numbers, which are down, we’re very lucky that we’re still on air at the moment.
‘If I’d been asked about the future of the show ten years ago I’d never imagine we’d still be making it in 2014.
‘Once people get bored with it or if we get bored with it, for sure I’ll drop it.’

Amelia Lily interview: “I’m ready for a fresh start”
Despite being just 19 years old, Amelia Lily knows a thing or two about a comeback.
During her stint on The X Factor back in 2011, she was one of three acts booted off in the first live show, only to triumphantly return six weeks later and eventually finish third place.
Since then, her post-show career has suffered a similar fate, releasing three singles and recording an album before scrapping the lot and starting again with a new label.

Harry Styles wears a jersey for openly gay NFL player Michael Sam at St. Louis concert
Harry Styles was photographed performing while wearing a St. Louis Rams jersey – which displayed player Michael Sam’s name and number.
The wardrobe choice was observed as Styles and his One Direction bandmates performed at St. Louis’ Edward Jones Dome on Wednesday, The Huffington Post reported.
The Post pointed out that both Sam and the NFL team tweeted about the incident.

Oritse Williams has announced that he has become a father for the first time.
The former JLS singer took to his Twitter account on Sunday to reveal that his girlfriend AJ Azari had given birth to a baby boy.
The 27-year-old wrote: ‘I watched in awe as @AJAzari gave birth to our 1st born son on Sunday 24th at 1.49am. He is my treasure of life! x’.
