Harry Styles sent Twitter into meltdown on Sunday night after livening up the Teen Choice Awards with a spot of twerking.
The One Direction star was encouraged by the hosts of the ceremony, Lucy Hale and Darren Criss, to take a second in the spotlight.
And given the opportunity to show off his moves, Harry decided to break out the twerk – a dance move which involves moving the hips up and down.

‘The whole reason I got braces was because Niall [Horan] got braces,’ says Natasha. ‘I didn’t really need braces but I wanted them because they look good and because Niall had them.’
Natasha, a sweet-faced girl of 17 from London, is a ‘Directioner’, which means like millions of other teenagers, she lives and breathes boyband One Direction.
But while teenage fandom is nothing new, the Directioners’ love for Zayn Malik, 20, Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Niall Horan, all 19, and Louis Tomlinson, 21, goes beyond anything previously seen.

Liam Payne has slammed Channel 4’s One Direction documentary, saying he doesn’t ‘give a f**k’ about it.
The Kiss You hitmaker was far from impressed with Crazy About One Direction, which aired on Thursday night, and took to Twitter to express his anger and defend the group’s loyal fans.
The programme gave viewers a glimpse into the lives of One Direction superfans, known as Directioners, and the extreme measures they take to honour the boy band heartthrobs.

The 42-year-old documentarian, who was nominated for an Oscar for his 2004 film, Super Size Me, is responsible for a new fly-on-the-wall 3D documentary called One Direction: This Is Us, which follows the band for six months, including on their current world tour.
Billed as “more” than just a concert movie, it is supposed to give fans intimate access to the personal lives of Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik, who have sold approximately 30 million records for Simon Cowell’s Syco label.

The 19-year-old One Direction heartthrob is said to be dating pretty Sophia Smith, with whom he attended St. Peter’s Collegiate in Wolverhampton before finding fame with his bandmates on talent show The X Factor.
But while the relationship is being kept under wraps, lovesick Liam jetted his new girlfriend across the Atlantic so he could spend time with her while One Direction performed in Los Angeles last week.

An OAP choir have quit The X Factor, after deciding they were ‘too old’ to manage the boot camp stage of the competition.
The 14-piece group, called The Nostalgics, had been put through following their audition for the judges in Birmingham, after they had been hand-picked by producers to try out for the show.
But when The Nostalgics, who have an average age of 80, realised how much was involved in the four-day bootcamp stage of the competition, they made a group decision to pull out of the programme.

He vacated his seat on the X Factor panel back in 2010 to make his mark on the US version of the show.
But it seems ITV are desperate for the media mogul to return to his role as a judge in the UK and their decision to renew the show’s contract – which expires at the end of this year – depends on it.
According to the Guardian, the channel is pushing Cowell to re-join the panel and help boost the ratings, as the complicated £50m negotiations to renew the contracts with his production company get underway.

Time for the X Factor hopefuls to make sure their passports are up-to-date as the locations for Judges’ Houses have been revealed.
And this year the wannabe popstars will be heading to the US, Caribbean and Mediterranean for their chance to wow Nicole Scherzinger, Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh or Sharon Osbourne, according to The Sun.
So with each judges location spread out across the world, at least each singer and band will get a taste of the sun while on their journey towards the live shows.

‘X Factor’ launch goes super-size for series 10: Launch date revealed
The X Factor is being super-sized for its 10th series, airing on both Saturdays and Sundays throughout the run.
Simon Cowell’s ever-popular reality series returns on Saturday, August 31. The show will also air the following night (September 1) as ITV’s coverage will be expanded to cover the whole weekend this year to cater for an extra round of auditions.
The show has brought back ‘closed’ audition rooms for the first round of the competition, which haven’t been seen on the show since series five.
However, successful acts will still have to impress the judges at a second round of arena auditions before they make it to Boot Camp.
This extra layer of auditions means that this year’s series will be the show’s biggest yet.
