Their fans have been pining for a reunion ever since they went on an indefinite hiatus in July 2015.

And Liam Payne has shared his hopes for One Direction to get back together for ‘another great time’ in an interview with Daily Star.

The Familiar hitmaker, 24, admitted that their potential reunion won’t happen for at least two years as he is preoccupied with his successful solo career.

Speaking on the prospective plans, the For You singer said: ‘It’s amazing that we’re doing our own thing and then, hopefully one day soon, we get back together and have another great time of it, who knows?’

Cheryl’s mother, Joan Callaghan, ‘got in the way’ of her relationship with Liam Payne, it has been claimed.

A source told MailOnline Newcastle-based Joan was ‘part of the problem’ and while she and Liam initially got on well, it soon became a case of ‘two against one’ with both mother and daughter fighting against him.

The insider said: ‘Cheryl’s mum is part of the problem. She indulges her behaviour and never reprimands her. Instead, Joan will make everyone around Cheryl tow the line.

Liam Payne ‘had to be pulled away from ex-girlfriend Cheryl’s former husband’ after their paths crossed just two days before his split from the Girls Aloud star was officially confirmed.

The One Direction star, 24, whose separation from Cheryl was announced on Sunday evening, reportedly challenged French restaurateur Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, 37, to a fight during an appearance at Marylebone nightspot Chiltern Firehouse on Friday.

But employees at the restaurant, a popular destination for celebrities, stepped in amid fears the situation would escalate, according to The Sun.

Tickets are free if you want to go.
This year, The X Factor is returning to arena auditions (which are the best kind), and while the auditions in front of producers has been happening for a while now, it’s almost time for hopefuls to sing in front of the judges.

Ticket website ApplauseStore has put up dates for audition dates at the SSE Arena, Wembley, beginning on Wednesday, July 18.

Tickets for the filming of the judges’ auditions are free, with the website mentioning that they are the official partner for the show, so any ticket sites or sellers asking for money aren’t valid.
