ABC unveiled its fall unscripted premiere dates on Thursday (Aug 27), including a premiere date for The Bachelorette season 16. The network revealed earlier that Dancing with the Stars would premiere on September 14. Now, ABC announces that The Bachelorette season 16 will finally begin airing Tuesday October 13.

The network halted The Bachelorette production last spring with star Clare Crawley due to coronavirus concerns. The series finally began filming this summer. Already, twists, turns and controversies have leaked from the socially distanced set location at a Southern California resort!

“We’re fortunate to have such a strong unscripted slate to launch our first wave of programming this fall,” said Karey Burke, president, ABC Entertainment. “Presenting the new ‘Supermarket Sweep’ with Leslie Jones alongside fresh, original episodes of returning shows that viewers have come to know and love is invigorating. And with our scripted series ramping up production, we look forward to announcing more premiere dates very soon.”
