The Voice season 18 is coming! Pop star Nick Jonas will join veterans Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson and John Legend on the coaches panel. Carson Daly will return as coach.
In a new clip promoting the upcoming season, it turns out the biggest Nick Jonas fan of all the coaches is…well I won’t ruin the surprise. But you can probably guess.
As as side note, the gang will be on the Universal Studios lot today (Jan 27) filming The Knockout rounds, leaving 20 or so artists to compete on the live shows, which will air in May.
The Voice Season 18 Battle and Knockout Rounds Begin Taping
Unfortunately, NBC has cut back on The Voice this season, eliminating most of the Tuesday episodes for Ellen’s Game of Games. The Voice Tuesdays will return with the live broadcasts which are only 3 weeks long.

After the Blind Auditions, it’s time for the Battles. Once again, superstar advisors will join the coaches to help ready duet pairs for battle: Dua Lipa will team up with Kelly Clarkson. Nick Jonas enlists the help of his brothers Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas. Former The Voice Comeback Stage coach Bebe Rexha joins forces with Blake Shelton, and John Legend will work with Ella Mai.
