Is it too soon for Christmas music? Yeah, it is. But I’m gonna post this performance from Kelly Clarkson and Glee star Lea Michele anyway! You may wonder why the two performed a holiday duet on The Kelly Clarkson Show last week. It’s not even Halloween yet! However, while Christmas may be two months away, it ‘TIS the season for musical artist to release their Christmas albums!

In her sit down interview, Lea chats about her favorite music. Just like Kelly, she loves Girl singers! She also promotes her first holiday album ever, Christmas in the City. The singer explains that she moved to Los Angeles 10 years ago and really misses Christmas in her hometown, New York. “I go home every holiday,” Lea says. “This is all about that time of year that reminds me of family, and being with friends and being where I was born and raised.” She adds that she picked “all of my favorite Christmas songs” for the album.
She also chats about newlywed life–Lea married Zandy Reich earlier this year.
