Wade Robson’s Michael Jackson Abuse Claim Dismissed

Wade Robson, who once choreographed for So You Think You Can Dance, has had his claim that Michael Jackson molested him as a child dismissed.

According to TMZ,  Wade met Michael when he was 5 years old and they developed a friendship that lasted for years. By the time Wade was 7, he went for sleepovers at Neverland and MJ’s homes in L.A. and Vegas. The sleepovers continued until Wade was 14.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff dismissed Wade’s claim  on Tuesday after determining he waited too long to file it in court.

Wade had previously denied that MJ molested him and testified in Jackson’s defense in a criminal trial in 2005. Later, in May 2013, Wade sought to file a late claim against the singer’s estate.

His attorney, Henry Gradstein, explained to TMZ, that after Wade collapsed under stress, the sexual trauma of what had happened to him for seven years as a child came back.

“He [Wade] lived with the brain washing by a sexual predator until the burden of it all crushed him.”

According to the lawyer, Michael would tell Wade, “If anyone ever finds out about what we did we will go to jail for the rest of our lives” and “our lives will be ruined forever.”

Jackson’s estate has denied Robson’s allegations of abuse.
