The 48th Annual Country Music Association (CMA) Awards, country music’s “Oscars,” are coming up in a few weeks, and in preparation for the big night, returning co-hosts and country superstars Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood took to reminiscing about what it was like 7 years ago when they hosted the CMA Awards for the 1st time.

The 48th Annual CMA Awards, cohosted by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood will air live on ABC on November 5th at 8 PM Eastern/7 PM Central, featuring performances from Jason Aldean, The Band Perry, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Tim McGraw, Kacey Musgraves, Brad Paisley, Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood, and Keith Urban.
