The Voice season 15 Blind Auditions wrapped up filming between Sunday June 24 and Thursday June 28.
The teams are in place! Now it’s time for coaches Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Kelly Clarkson and Jennifer Hudson to whittle their teams down even further. The next rounds begin filming in August at Universal Studios in Los Angeles. Click this link for tickets.
The Battle Rounds, which feature singers performing duets in front of their coaches, are set to be filmed Wednesday August 1 and Thursday August 2. Each coach will pick a battle winner who will move on to the Knockouts. The loser is either eliminated, or can be stolen by another coach.
The Knockouts are set to be filmed on Tuesday August 14 and Wednesday August 15. In the Knockouts, team members face off against each other again. But this time, they perform solo songs of their own choosing. The coaches can steal a losing artist. However, season 14 introduced a new twist that allowed the coaches to save one artist who lost their Knockout on their own team. Winning, stolen and saved singers move on to the Playoff rounds.
The Voice season 15 features veteran coaches Blake Shelton and Adam Levine. The remaining two seats will be filled by American Idol alums. The original winner Kelly Clarkson returns after her triumphant turn coaching season 14 winner Brynn Cartelli in the spring. Season 3 alum Jennifer Hudson has coached two seasons of The Voice UK and also The Voice season 13 last fall.
The Voice season 15 premieres on NBC Monday September 24. And as always, we’ll be covering everything The Voice right here. Stay tuned!
