The filming for the season 15 Blind Auditions at Universal Studios in Los Angeles begin taping on Sunday June 24. Additional tapings are scheduled for Monday June 25, Tuesday June 26, Wednesday June 27 and Thursday June 28. But if the teams fill up fast, dates at the end of the schedule could be cancelled. The new crop of hopefuls are in Los Angeles right now preparing for their auditions in front of the coaches as we speak.
Open call auditions for season 16 are scheduled to take place throughout the summer. Auditions already happened in Chicago (June 9) and Atlanta (June 16). If you missed those, more are set for Dallas (June 23) and Salt Lake City (July 14).
As far as The Voice is concerned, NBC is sticking to the schedule that has worked for the network since the show premiered in spring 2011. The Voice performance show will air on Mondays (2 hours) and the results on Tuesday (1 hour) beginning at 8 pm. The NBC hit show This is Us stays in its slot after The Voice results show on Tuesdays.
