The Voice Ratings Lift Following Last Week’s Roseanne Rout

Good news for The Voice. Ratings for the Tuesday edition (4/3) rose 2/10ths vs last week’s preliminary numbers. The Voice earned a 1.8 in the 18-49 demo, equal to Monday’s (4/2) numbers. That The Voice only had to compete with a single 30 minute episode of Roseanne likely helped (last week’s Roseanne premiere filled the entire 8 pm hour).

And speaking of Roseanne–the ratings are down 25 percent from the 5.2 for its return last week. But a 3.9 in the demo are still phenomenal numbers for a broadcast scripted show.
