The Voice Australia is airing an event series called The Voice Generations. It began airing in Australia on Monday (airing early morning on the US East Coast). Over three nights, Australia’s most talented families, friends, neighbours and even students and teachers team up to be crowned The Voice.
On night one, the Blind Auditions featured acts singing in front of the coaches Keith Urban, Rita Ora, Guy Sebastian and Jessica Mauboy, and vying for one of eight spots (two on each team.). Night two will feature the head to head Battles. Then, the remaining four acts compete in Wednesday’s grand finale, fighting to become The Voice Generations champion.
Keith Urban nabbed Ty & Eddie
This morning, Keith retweeted a clip of father-son duo Ty & Eddie, who performed Fleetwood Mac’s classic “Go Your Own Way.” The young son displayed beautiful vocals, alongside incredible guitar skills. The performance earned them a four chair turn. In the end, the duo chose to compete on Team Keith.
