It’s the 20th season of The Voice on NBC, and on Monday (May 3) the network looked back at 10 years of the popular competitive singing show. 10 Years of superstar coaches
The Road to Lives Anniversary Edition reviewed fan-favorite highlights of the show from the last 10 years. For instance, here’s a clip celebrating the music stars who have served as The Voice coaches. Blake Shelton is the only panelist to sit in the big rad chair all 20 seasons. Kelly Clarkson first joined The Voice as a coach in spring 2018 after mentoring for a few seasons. John Legend climbed aboard The Voice train in spring 2019. And Nick Jonas served two seasons in spring 2020 and 2021.
But in between there were a slew of coaches who came and went: Christina Aguilera, CeeLo Green, Adam Levine, Shakira,Usher, Gwen Stefani, Pharrell Williams, Miley Cyrus, Alicia Keys, and Jennifer Hudson.
The below clip takes a look at the coaches, both past and present.
10 years of antics
And here’s a round up of many sitcom-worthy moments from The Voice over the years. Kelly’s favorite funny moment is the coaches singing Happy Birthday to CammWess and nobody remembering his name. Also, relive Blake threatening to send the cute pupper on his lap to an animal shelter if a singer didn’t choose him. And of course, remember the coaches mocking Kelly for talking so much? And for total lulz, there is the hopeful singer who bonked his girlfriend in the head before proposing to her. Check it out below.
And don’t forget the artists! Watch the highlights
