Who do YOU think will be leaving The Voice competition tonight? Check out our recap of last night’s The Voice 9 Top 12 performances, and take a peek at the The Voice 9 Top 12 polls!

iTunes Charts as of 12 pm ET

It’s safe to say that Team Adam’s Jordan Smith has become a true The Voice phenomenon. Not only did the singer quickly displace Justin Bieber and Queen Adele on the charts, but ALL FIVE of his iTunes recordings are charting in the Top 200 as of 12 pm ET. Several other contestants are charting with old songs, but they don’t come to close to the presence Jordan has on iTunes right now.

Barrett Baber JUST missed making it into the Top 10 and receiving the 10x iTunes bonus. Jeffery Austin joined Amy Vachal and Jordan, squeaking in at #9.

Emily Ann Roberts didn’t repeat the success she had last week with “In The Garden” (It’s still charting), but she did better than I expected, considering her awkward performance. Amy Vachal continues to do well on the charts. I think she’s more style than substance, but it may not matter. She presents a compelling package.

Tonight’s departing singers will be two will be one of the bottom four from Team Gwen and Team Pharrell.

The Voice 9 Top 12 Favorite Team

I cannot deny that Team Adam Levine is killing it. The winner will likely be from his team. Again, Jeffery is saving Gwen’s butt, because otherwise she’s got nada.

  1. Team Adam 55.73%
  2. Team Gwen 20.1%
  3. Team Blake 16.79%
  4. Team Pharrell 7.38%

A – 9.01%
F – 2.33%

ETA:  According to an NBC press release, only one contestant will be leaving The Voice tonight, and thereafter until the semi-finals. That changes everything! Who knows, maybe the sing off will be re-tooled this season too. In any case, I predict Mark Hood will be leaving the competition. Read more about the changes to how The Voice will eliminate contestants here.

Prediction: See that photo up there? Mark Hood is waving goodbye to The Voice. He MIGHT save himself with an incredible save-me performance. It depends on which singers are also performing for the save.  Braiden Sunshine came in dead last on iTunes, but I don’t believe his elimination is a sure thing. If he needs to be saved, a nostalgic ballad could get him out of trouble. Korin Bukowski had to be saved by Gwen last week, and did not come out with the incredible performance she needed to stay in the game. If she has to sing for her life, I don’t know if she has the confidence to handle the pressure.

Final Prediction:  Mark Hood leaves The Voice. Maybe Korin Bukowski.
