You all have been voting in our POLLS all day. Let’s see your results, and then I’ll make a prediction.

Favorite Top 9 Performance

The Voice 24 Top 9 - Nini Iris

Nini Iris and Huntley are literally neck and neck in this poll. I put up the results, and 20 minutes later when I looked again, their places had switched. I’d call it a tie. Lila Forde is in 3rd place, Mara Justine in fourth. All four artists are actually pretty close percentage wise! Ruby Leigh is in fifth place, and then the numbers fall off.

  1. Huntley – Team Niall – Way Down We Go by Kaleo – 20.00%
  2. Nini Iris – Team Niall – No Time to Die by Billie Eilish – 19.77%
  3. Lila Forde – Team Legend – River by Joni Mitchell – 17.24%
  4. Mara Justine – Team Niall – Parachute by Chris Stapleton – 16.55%
  5. Ruby Leigh – Team Reba – Take Me Home Country Roads by John Denver – 11.95%
  6. Jacquie Roar – Team Reba – Alive by Sia – 5.52%
  7. Mac Royals – Team Legend – Love T.K.O by Teddy Pendergrass – 3.45%
  8. Jordan Rainer – Team Reba – Ol’ Red by Blake Shelton – 3.45%
  9. BIAS – Team Gwen – Bless the Broken Road by Rascal Flatts – 2.07%

Favorite Top 9 Trio

Personally, I loved the harmonies and musicalisty displayed in “Mean.” But you all clearly prefered the diva trio, Jacquie Roar, Nini Iris and Mara Justine.

  2. BIAS, Ruby Leigh, Jordan Rainer – Mean – 26.39%
  3. Huntley, Lila Forde and Mac Royals – Exile – 20.49%

Predictions

The Voice 24 Top 9 - Huntley
Pictured: Huntley — (Photo by: Trae Patton/NBC)

I agree that Team Gwen Stefani will be artist free in the finale. Her sole team member BIAS will be eliminated. His song choice did him no favors. Jordan Rainer sang like she really wanted to win, but the country singer competition is too stiff this season. She’ll be leaving the competition. Team Reba’s Jacquie Roar will also head home, sadly. However, while voters believe Team John Legend’s Mac Royals will head home, I say not so fast. He’s the only true R&B singer remaining in the competition.

Huntley, Mara Justine and Nini Iris are advancing to the finale. Ruby Leigh did NOT have a strong night, but she seems to HAVE PEOPLE. If she’s in the Instant Save, she’ll probably win. Last night’s pimp spot may have saved Lila Forde, but her fellow Team Legend artist could sneak in there.

OK: Huntley, Mara Justine, Nini Iris, Ruby Leigh and Mac Royals will advance to the Top 5. But Lila could bump Mac. In a less stacked season, both singers would sail right through.
