The Voice Season 12 LIVE PLAYOFFS begin tonight (4/17) as singers from Team Blake Shelton and Team Alicia Keys take the stage for YOUR LIVE votes. Team Adam Levine and Team Gwen Stefani members sing tomorrow night (4/18), afterwhich the Top 12 finalists will be revealed.
Yes, the live REAL TIME vote has returned. That means, viewers can vote via The Voice App and Twitter during a short voting window. By the end of the show, two singers voted in by America will move on to the Finals, each respective coach will advance a third.
For fans who live on the west coast: SUCKS TO BE YOU! Follow The Voice on Twitter for the signal to vote. Hey, west coasters will probably still be at work or on their way home. And if they do have the opportunity to vote, they’ll likely not be able to watch the performances first. Oh well!
Also, the coaches will each bring back ONE singer as a Coaches Comeback wildcard. The Voice official twitter posted hints over the weekend, which pretty much confirm the spoilers:

Uh. I think the Partridge family logo pretty much gives that one away. Team Alicia brings back Jack Cassidy. Team Adam brings back Johnny Hayes (He was a season 11 no-turn), Team Gwen brings back rocker Johnny Gates and Team Blake brings back Felicia Temple (Felicia studied to be a nurse and later battled cancer.)
