It’s The Voice season 12 Top 10 LIVE elimination. Tonight TWO singers go home after the bottom THREE perform for the instant twitter save. Get your tweet fingers ready to save a singer.

Country singer Maren Morris and Charlie Puth perform.

Will a singer from Team Alicia Keys, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine or Gwen Stefani head home tonight? We’re live blogging all the results here.

First up, Maren Morris hits the stage to perform “I Could Use a Love Song” From Hero.  Maren is lighting up the country world, to say the least.

Next, it’s a special Mother’s Day video package. Here’s to MOM!

Host Carson Daly introduces the Top 10. He brags that all 10 hit the iTunes Top 100.

TIME FOR DUMB QUESTIONS. Carson asks Aliyah about her tears last night. She confesses that she was not expecting to become so emotional as she sang, “Jealous” which she dedicated to her father.  Jesse Larson says he got his love of soul music from his father and working with Prince. America saved: From Team Blake…Aliyah Moulden! America also saved…from Team Alicia…Chris Blue!

A Toyota car ad featuring the singers takes us into the commercial break.

We’re back…time to check in with the coaches! blah blah blah. Time for more results! Lauren calls The Voice an incredible growing experience. Vanessa says the show has allowed her to show the diversity of her artistry. America saved…from Team Blake…Lauren Duski! America also saved…from Team Gwen…Hunter Plake. He got no dumb questions this week. I bet he’s sad.

The remaining six artists take center stage. TSoul says his mother’s support means everything. America saved…from Team Adam…Jesse Larson! America also saved…Brennley Brown from Team Gwen.

Next, Charlie Puth performs his new single “Attention.” Blargh. Do. Not. Want. Not a fan. Dude’s face is so punchable #sorrynotsorry. SNACK BREAK.

OK time for more results. Lilli Passero says…something. I can’t with these inane questions. America saved…TSoul from Team Blake.

Lilli Passero, Vanessa Ferguson and Mark Isaiah will sing for the Instant Twitter Save!

Lilli Passero – Stormy Weather – She’s first. That’s not a good thing for Lilli. She changes up the melody a lot. She’s reminding me why I liked her in the first place. A world of difference compared to last night’s bland performance of “Unforgettable.” She seems real nervous, though. These save me performances are heart clenching. Adam says, “This girl should be in this competition!” Adam KNOWS there is so much more inside of her. “Vote this girl through!” he begs.

Mark Isaiah – Sorry by Justin Bieber – Are you apologizing to us Mark? No need really. It’s a decent vocal, but a little monotonous. He should have pulled out a grandma-approved ballad. If he goes home tonight, Mark had a good run. “This guy is so great,” says Adam. “Look at the smile on your face!” He’s so proud of Mark for being grace under pressure as he hit the bottom three weeks in a row.  However, Adam begged harder for America to vote for Lilli.

Vanessa Ferguson – For Once in My Life by Stevie Wonder – This is a nice performance, but a little too easygoing for such an important moment. Still, though. SHE’S SO GOOD. Ugh. I hope she stays. Vanessa had a little Sammy Davis Jr. vibe going on there. “I’m standing up to talk to America,” declares Alicia, “This beautiful woman sings like none else.” Whoa. Alicia says that if nobody votes for her, it’s as if nobody voted for her when she was a young, struggling singer. Wow. Alicia pulling out all the stops for Vanessa. That should do it.

#VoiceSaveLilli #VoiceSaveMark #VoiceSaveVanessa VOTE NOW.

Vanessa is way ahead! I think we did it. Poor Team Adam is going to be blown out tonight, losing two of his singers. Adam glumly gives the singers a pep talk. Alicia refuses to give Vanessa any “last words.”

America instantly saved…Vanessa Ferguson! Mark Isaiah and Lilli Passero from Team Adam are eliminated.

Mark Isaiah is a talented kid with potential, but considering the viewer base of The Voice (HINT: Not younguns) he was a lost cause.  Perhaps singing week after week for the save will turn into good exposure for him. Bleh. Adam didn’t serve Lilli well with his song choices. He should have done a better job of shaping her into a contemporary singer. Vanessa moves on to next week–she deserves to advance. However, she has zero chance to make the finals. Hopefully, she’ll have the opportunity to sing for the save at least.
