The Masked Singer Preview: See 12 Costumes from Season 8!

The Masked Singer Season 8

The Masked Singer season 8 is coming soon! And FOX just released the first promo featuring about a dozen costumes that fans will see in the coming season.

The thirty second clip features a montage of masked contestants set to a rendition of “Pure Imagination” from the classic movie, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The promo also teases special guest stars like Leslie Jordan, Joel McHale, former contestants Donny Osmond and Tori Spelling. SNL alum Jon Lovitz also makes an appearance.

Judges Robin Thicke, Nicole Scherzinger, Jenny McCarthy, and Ken Jeong all return to the panel. Nick Cannon will remain as host. The promo teases “more stars, more costumes, and more surprises than ever before.”

Actually, last season had all the “surprises” the show ever needed when FOX casted controversial former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani as Jax in the Box. Firefly AKA Teyana Taylor won the Golden Mask with Cheyenne Jackson as the Prince and Hayley Orrantia costumed as the Ringmaster finishing in 2nd and 3rd place.

The Masked Singer season 8 premiers on Wednesday September 22 at 8 pm on FOX. Watch the promo below.

As far as costumes are concerned, it’s not clear how many the show will feature this season, but check out screen grabs from the promo below and take a look at a dozen of them. The Masked Singer season 8 is still taping episodes. But only a few are left. Check it out HERE.

A Dozen The Masked Singer Season 8 Costumes

What is this? Some kind of gold-gilded bug?

Too bad useless text is in the way. But this costume is obviously a Harp.

Ah, this costume looks like a Princess or Goddess of some kind. Beautiful!

Hm….an Alien maybe? The glowing eyes give it away.

Once again, the text makes it hard to see, but that is most definitely a Venus Flytrap coming at us.

This costume looks like a Bear of some kind.

This one could be a Racoon or similar critter.

Just in time for Halloween, it’s a hillbilly Pumpkin head.

EW it’s a Rat! Or, that’s what it looks like.

Ha ha. THis reminds me of Steve Martin on SNL singing the King Tut song. So a Pharaoh.

A thingamabobby looking Snowflake

And a Dinosaur with flowing hair and princess dress.
