According to the American Idol official site, The Top 12 theme next week will be “Songs From The Year They Were Born”. As a matter of fact, I just did a theme based gallery for EW, and compiled some stats on popular themes.
The “Year They Were Born Theme has been done 4 times previously, in seasons 4, 5, 8 and 10. A little fun fact for you there.
