Scotty McCreery

Scotty McCreery talks to Billboard magazine about his upcoming debut album, set to be released this fall.

He tells the magazine that he’s got a good head start on the album. The team considered putting a cover on the CD, but decided to stick with all new material.

Also, a bonus tidbit inside from Windmills: She found complete writing credits on ASCAP for a tune written for Scotty

I had a feeling that when the second wave of Teen Choice nominees were released, there would be some Idols included.

I don’t have the full list of new nominees, but Scotty McCreery is on it–nominated for Breakout Artist. He’ll be competing against Adele, Bruno Mars, Javier Colon (from The Voice) and Wiz Khalifa.
