Songland season 2 continues with guest artist, Broadway (Dear Evan Hanson) and film (Pitch Perfect) star Ben Platt. Helping the act find their next great song among four undiscovered songwriters will be returning panelists members Ryan Tedder, Shane McAnally and Ester Dean. In the episode, the team will help the fledgeling tunesmiths shape and produce their songs for a final performance in front of the artist, who will choose the winning song to record.

Anna Hamilton
Kansas City native, Anna Hamilton, is a national water ski competitor as a singer-songwriter. One of 11 siblings, she has been writing songs all of her life. Caroline Kole
Caroline started her career as a country artist, touring with Reba McEntire and opening for artists such as Blakc Shelton, Eric Church and Martina McBride. “Winter,” as song Caroline wrote appears on the soundtrack of the documentary Winter, The Dolphin that Can. David Davis
Chicago native David Davis grew up with seven siblings and a love for music. He studied piano and performance at Belmont University in Tennessee. He’s worked with producers RedOne and Aaron Sprinkle. Kylie Rothfield
Berklee graduate Kylie Rothfield competed on The Voice season 11 as a member of Team Alicia Keys. She was eliminated in the playoffs with a rendition of the Rolling Stones “Satisfaction.” She wrote a ton of songs while recovering from a vocal hemorrhage and unable to speak for a month.
