The So You Think You Can Dance final performance show was taped last night. Unfortunately, it’s only an hour, due to scheduling conflicts (seriously, I would be happy to see the show move back to summer. Season 6 felt so rushed due to the scheduling cut-backs). 5. Ashleigh/Jakob – Foxtrot (Jean-Marc Genereaux)

7. Kathryn/Jakob – Contemporary (Desmond Richardson & Dwight Rhoden)

According to the person who spoiled the order, the two standout routines are the Kathryn/Jakob Contemporary piece (both Mary AND Adam cried) and the Kathryn/Russell hip hop second (apparently NappyTabs really stepped up their game). The poster hasn’t done detailed commentary yet, but said those were standouts and his/her two favorites.
The crew is using today and tomorrow to rehearse for the finale. Mary J Blige, Jennifer Lopez, Leona Lewis and Adam Lambert will perform. J Lo will perform with former SYTYCD dancers in a routine choreographed by Napoleon and Tabitha.
