JoJo Siwa finally joins Maks and Allison as a judge!

The episode opens with the Top 10 performing a group number featuring the judges!

Each group will shoot a music video featuring group routines and solos. After the judges critique each music video, six will be saved and four will be in jeopardy.

Group 1: Avery, Dakayla, Braylon, Roman, Jaylin – Contemporary – “All Around Me” by Justin Bieber

Group 1 works with Phillip and Makenzie Chbeeb.

Thus group seems much more comfortable in front of the camera and in this style.

Dakayla does a flowy and controlled solo. Jaylin impresses everyone with his solo.

Allison compliments Avery but says she wasn’t consistent. Maks says he wishes the ability could come to Braylon faster. JoJo says Dakayla is the star of the music video but she needs her to believe it. Maks says it was in Jaylin’s pocket despite it not being his style. Allison says she was impressed by Roman and says he’s teachable.

Group 2: Olivia, Mariyah, Madison, Easton, Anthony – Hip Hop – “Juice” by Lizzo

Group 2 work with Luther Brown.

These five dress all in white with a white backdrop and don’t look super in sync. It all looked very amateur.

Madison’s solo is a little tense. Mariyah ‘s solo is done like she wants this. Easton is by far the best in this group. Olivia looked very uncomfortable in this style. For Anthony, the dance just flows out of him.

During their final group take, it looked a little messy.

Allison says Anthony was natural and easy to watch. JoJo says Easton is so good to not be as good as he can be and he blended in. Allison says this was Madison’s element but it took her a while to smash. Maks says Mariyah’s performance was soft but Allison says she gave her Luther vibes. JoJo says Olivia would win a Rockette challenge but she wasn’t selling enough in this challenge, while Makes disagrees.

The dancers in jeopardy are… Easton, Avery, Braylon and Olivia.

The four in jeopardy will perform solos and only two will make it through.

Easton – Solo

Easton’s solo is much more his style and features effortless jumps.

Maks says he’s special and Allison calls the performance beautiful.

Avery – Solo

Avery always includes ballet in her routines and she’s very naturally precise with her steps.

JoJo says she’s more frustrated with Avery’s music video performance after seeing her solo and Allison says no one else there could do what she did.

Olivia – Solo

Olivia’s got the acting portion of dance down with this dramatic solo.

Maks says you could put Olivia in any position a d Allison says any kid watching SYTYCD would want to be Olivia.

Braylon – Solo

Braylon crushes it when it’s his style of dance. He steals the whole show rather than falling behind in the music video.

Allison that’s what you want to do when you want to prove a point and Maks says Braylon may have more depth to his emotion than Easton.

The two dancers being eliminated are… Olivia and Avery.
