Good news for fans of Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina! The winner and runner-up of American Idol Season 10 will premiere their new music videos on CMT within the week!
Lauren Alaina will get her premiere for “Like MY Mother Does” on August 8. Scotty McCreery gets his “I Love You This Big” premiere the following day on August 9.

“This is going to be a nice little chill summer bar-b-que…kind of a community thing on the 4th of July.” Scotty told Access Hollywood of his new video, “A really fun thing. Chillin’ is the word.”
Scotty told Idol Chatter prior to the Nashville Idol show that they managed to find “a little spot of country” in Los Angeles to film the video, which takes place at an old-fashioned country bar-b-que.
Lauren’s video will feature a cameo by her mom!
