Sam Smith has the top album of the week in sales and combined. Right behind him are bro-rivals Adam Levine (Maroon 5) and Blake Shelton who both coach on The Voice. Now 64 is the fourth best selling album of the week (6th combined) and features Liam Payne and Zayn Malik from X-Factor. Kid Rock (Rock) and Kelsea Ballernia (Country) debut albums 5th and 6th in sales (7th and 5th combined).
Grace Vanderwaal leads the charge for realizing singing competitors as her album debuts 7th in sales. Grace won the 11th season of AGT (2016) at the age of 12 and now the teen is debuting 13th in combined. American Idol and upcoming Voice Coach Kelly Clarkson is 10th in sales and 19th combined. Pentatonix from NBC’s The Sing Off are at 11th in sales and 36th in combined with their “A Pentatonix Christmas”. Lindsey Stirling, also from AGT, is 16th in sales with “Warmer in the Winter”. Niall Horan from X-Factor (1D) is 19th in sales, 26 in combined. Lauren Alaina appears on Kane Brown’s album which is 23rd/32nd while Lauren Jauregui is on Haslye’s album at 36th/30th.
