Pregnant Rihanna Super Bowl Halftime Show Kept it Simple

Rihanna Super Bowl Pregnant

The 2023 Super Bowl halftime show featured Rihanna and a special guest. NO not a singer. When she took the stage at the State Farm Arena in Glendale, Arizona Sunday (Feb 12) night, she immediatly rubbed her prominent belly.

The singer and former The Voice mega mentor, is pregnant, her publicity rep confirmed after the performance. She and her boyfriend, rapper A$AP Rocky welcomed their first child in May 2022.

“Everything Rihanna does, she does it her own way on her own time table, and having a baby is no different,” a source told People magazine.

“They’re just like any other pair of parents-to-be. Yes, they happen to be famous, but they’re just the cutest, giddiest young couple that’s expecting kids.”

As far as the Super Bowl performance is concerned, Rihanna kept it simple, performing solo with out any special guests. The set list included a slew of of her fan-favorite hits: “B**** Better Have My Money,” “Where Have You Been,” “Only Girl (In the World),” “We Found Love,” “Rude Boy,” “Work,” “Wild Thoughts,” “Pour It Up,” “All of the Lights,” “Run This Town,” “Umbrella” and “Diamonds.”

Apple Music sponsored the performance, and currently the singer has 10 of her hits in the Top 20 on the overall iTunes sales chart.

She also kept the set design uncomplicated, yet elegant. She and her dancers performed on platforms that rose high in the air. At one point, she stopped to touch up her make-up. The singer is the owner of the massively successful beauty brandy, Fenty Beauty.

The NFL uploaded the performance to their Youtube channel, but they aren’t allowing websites to embed it. Watch Rihanna’s 2023 Super Bowl halftime show HERE.
