Breaking! According to Michael Ausiello of TV Line, Paula Abdul’s low rated dance competition show, Live to Dance won’t be returning for a second season.
That news begs the question…is Paula now free to join Simon Cowell as a judge on the American version of X Factor, debuting this fall?
Simon is a few weeks away from announcing his judges’ panels, but he told Access Hollywood that Paula is still “in the mix” (along with X Factor UK judge, Cheryl Cole and ex-Pussycat Doll, Nicole Scherzinger)
Despite a promising start in the ratings, Dance fell over the course of its seven-week run. Wednesday’s finale attracted only 4.8 million viewers.
