Paula Abdul is on the media rounds ahead of the premiere of X Factor on September 21 on FOX. She sticks to the talking points–She and Simon Cowell are “good friends” despite their relationship resembling that of an old, demented married couple.
She’s also pushing the idea that Simon Cowell is growing softer. But Simon’s judging style on X Factor, as those of us who have followed him across the pond know, has always been softer than his Idol schtick.
