The Bachelorette premieres tonight, and we’ll be live blogging every nutty moment. The coronavirus pandemic postponed production for several months. Finally, over the summer, ABC found a resort in California, where Bachelorette Clare Crawley and her men could film while keeping cast and crew safe.
While everybody remained COVID-19 free, there was still plenty that went wrong, as this new promo that aired during last night’s Dancing with the Stars illustrates. At this point, it’s widely known that Clare left the show after finding her man early in the season. Production replaced her with Tayisha Adams from Colton Underwood’s season of The Bachelor, and the series proceeded.
Also, at one point during production, host Chris Harrison unthinkingly drove his son to an out of state college, mingled with some strangers and BAM! He had to quarantine for 2 weeks. Former Bachelorette Jojo Fletcher stepped in for him.
The only question left is how long producers will drag out Clare’s part of the season? Find out as The Bachelorette premieres tonight (Oct 13) at 8 pm on ABC.
Watch the new Bachelorette promo below. Clare done blowed up The Bachelorette. She blowed it up real good!
Bonus video: Clare visited Good Morning America where she refused to answer pointed questions about leaving the show in the middle of the season.
