The Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS awareness has become this summer’s viral sensation, and celebrities have become involved in the fund raising effort in a big way.

Over the weekend, we posted a slew of challenges from reality singing stars like Kris Allen, Carrie Underwood, Tessanne Chin, Keith Urban, Blake Shelton and more. Click to check them out.

Since Saturday’s post, the meme continues, as popular as ever, with a slew of new challenges popping up–more than enough to warrant a fresh post of brand new videos.

The Ice Bucket challenge has raised millions of dollars for the ALS Association. According to the New York Times, “As of Sunday, the association said it had received $13.3 million in donations since July 29, compared with $1.7 million during the same period last year. It said there were about 260,000 new donors.” Impressive. Whatever criticisms can be lobbed at the effort–that it’s gimmicky, self-aggrandizing or wasteful–it has succeeded in raising money for a disease that currently has no cure. On average, ALS kills its victims within 3-5 years.

Check out new challenges from the stars of American Idol, X Factor and The Voice. And in the past few days, Glee stars have got in on the fun.

It’s fun to watch the stars challenge each other and respond. We’ll see if Adam Lambert takes up Chris Colfer on his challenge.. There are also some clever presentations. Harry Connick Jr. is as hilarious as ever. And Emblem3 got totally NAKED to meet the challenge.
