Monday Ratings: Smash, DWTS Rise, The Voice Stays Steady

Ratings are in from TVByTheNumbers

The Voice was even with last week’s 3.7 adults 18-49 rating, getting no boost from lack of CBS original competition. At 10pm, Smash received a 2.1 adults 18-49 rating, up 11% compared to last week’s season/series low 1.9 adults 18-49 rating. With CBS in all repeats, NBC easily topped the nights adults 18-49 ratings.

Dancing with the Stars was up 3% to a 3.0 adults 18-49 rating, after last week’s 2.9 18-49 rating. 20/20: Dance Floor Confidential received a 2.1 adults 18-49 rating in a DWTS special, the same as the last new episode of Castle.

Hart Of Dixie was also down a tenth, also matching its series low 0.5 adults 18-49 rating, vs. last week’s 0.6 adults 18-49 rating.

Smash and DWTS ratings appear to have benefited from CBS shows being in repeats, but not the Voice, which remained unchanged. Maybe the numbers would have slipped otherwise. Once again, The Voice beats DWTS in the demo, but not in total viewers.
