Now that Halloween is over, it is time for Christmas songs! Pentatonix from The Sing-Off are always reliable on the Holiday music front and this year is no different. This year, they are collaborating with Meghan Trainor to create “Kid on Christmas”. The song debuts on AC
Ingrid Andress, also from The Sing Off has two milestones this week. “Wishful Drinking” with Sam Hunt hits number one on the Country chart. An additional single from the same album (“Good Person”) is “Seeing Someone Else” which went straight to a mainstream format and enters the top 40 on HAC.
Another artists achieving two milestones this week is Morgan Wallen. “Thought You Should Know” is a tribute to his Mom and it is the second single from his to be announced album. The song debuts on Country. Meanwhile, one of his previous number ones on Country has gone top 20 on Pop. “Wasted on You” is from his “Dangerous: The Double Album” which is 5th on the BB200 with 41K in the equivalent album sales (-6% from last week when it was 4th). Also on the BB200 is “Harry’s House” from Harry’s Style at 9th with 31K in equivalent album sales (-3% and one spot from the previous week).
Morgan Wallen is from “The Voice” as is Corey Kent. Corey’s “Wild as Her” enters the top 30 on Country.
Colton Dixon spends a third week on the top of the CAC chart with his “Build a Boat”.
