Monday Morning Mediabase 12/31/2018

With the last Mediabase Report of the week, we have no milestones to report. This is a transitional week as Christmas songs had their last stand at the beginning of the week and faded off the charts for the rest of the week. Thus, we see lots of churn on AC and almost every country song saw a spin loss. This weekend, today and tomorrow will also see spin losses to year-end countdown shows.

We did see the return of songs that had been pushed out for Christmas songs. Camila Cabello’s “Never Be the Same” is back to the top 10 of AC while Danny Gokey’s “If You Ain’t It” returns to the CAC chart in the top 30. Koryn Hawthorne’s “Won’t He Do It” is back to the top 40 on UAC.
