Four milestones to start off Thanksgiving week.

Kelly Clarkson continues to be a Christmas song stalwart with her “Christmas Isn’t Cancelled (Just You)” flying up the chart. This week, it climbs from top 30 to top 10. The song is off of her latest studio album.

Another Idol making waves this week is Lauren Alaina. Her ascent hasn’t been as quick as Kelly’s, but it has been fairly steady. Her collaboration with John Pardi called “Getting Over Him” climbs into the top 30 on Country.

Chris Daughtry splits the difference in seasons (Kelly was Season 1, Lauren was Season 10 and Chris was in season 5). His band “Daughtry” has their latest single hit the Active Rock chart this week – “Changes are Coming”.

Our final milestone this week is from the X-Factor. Normani’s “Wild Side” featuring Cardi B. ascends to the top 20 on Urban.

Also worth mentioning are two returning songs. “The Prayer” from Pentatonix is back on the AC chart and “Way Maker” from Mandisa is back on CAC.
