Seven Milestones on tap this Monday Morning where the Moon swallows the Sun.
Liam Payne racks up three milestones with two songs. His debut solo single “Strip That Down” featuring Quavo (and Ed Sheeran) moves into the top 20 on HAC and top 10 on Rhythmic. His collaboration with Zedd (“Get Low”) debuts in the top 50 on HAC.
His bandmate (they are on a hiatus…) Harry Style moves into the top 40 on Pop with his second solo single “Two Ghost”. With Harry moving into the top 40, that means all 4 One Direction members are currently in the top 40 on Pop (Liam appears twice). How often does an entire band’s members solo efforts appear in the Pop top 40? Of course, there is Zayn, but he does not have any music currently out and he is an official former member.
Phillip Phillips also has multiple milestones. He debuts his lead off single “Miles” for his upcoming TBA album. The song debuts in the top 40 on HAC and top 50 of AAA. He’s gone number one in those formats before.
Finally, we have Camila Cabello featured on Major Lazar’s “Know No Better” which has gone top 40 on Rhythmic. Lindsey Stirling also returns to the top 30 on HAC with “Love’s Just a Feeling”
Over on the album front, Kesha gets her second number one album with “Rainbow”.
