Four Milestones to report this Monday morning.

Liam Payne becomes the third One Directioner to hit top 10 on Pop. He achieves this with his debut single “Strip That Down” and sits one spot behind Niall Horan. Louis Tomlinson’s official debut single “Back to You” goes top 30 on Pop. There are 4 songs from 1Ders in the top 30 on Pop. Not noted last week was that Louis’s song had debuted top 50 on HAC.

Just like Pop, there are two milestones on Country – this time from Idols from Season 10. Lauren Alaina is featured on Kane Brown’s “What Ifs” which has gone top 15 in the format. Meanwhile, Scotty McCreery has entered the top 50 with “Five More Minutes”. Charting on Country can be difficult without a label when one isn’t a Country staple. Speaking of Country staples, it is worth noting that Keith Urban’s duet with Carrie Underwood did go to top 1 on the published chart last week.

Danny Gokey’s “The Comeback” returns to the top 15 on CAC.

BB has sorted out its “top tier reporter” issue and released the top 10 for the BB200. Arcade Fire has its third number one album in a row. BB notes that Arcade Fire joins Linkin Park, One Direction, Lady Antebellum and the Zac Brown Band with at least three top 1 albums in the 2010s. 1D is the only one of these with 4 in the 2010 (Linkin Park has a total of 6, but not all in the 2010s). Arcade Fire is the only debut in the top 25 of the chart.
