Two milestones and two albums to discuss this morning on the Monday Mediabase Report.

Gabby Barrett’s “The Good Ones” moves into the top 15 on Country. This is the second single from her debut album. Her previous single “I Hope” went to number one in this format and two other formats (Pop and HAC). Gabby Barrett was on the debut season of Idol on ABC.

From the 8th season of Idol, we have Danny Gokey earning another milestone on CAC. “New Day” went top 30 last week and is already in the top 20, so it is moving up fast. Mandisa returns to the CAC chart with “Way Maker” while Fifth Harmony returns to the AC chart with “Work from Home”.

Morgan Wallen becomes the first Country artist since 2015 to have a number 1 album on the Billboard 200 charts for two consecutive weeks. This week, his “Dangerous: Double Album” earns 159K (-40%; lw 265K) equivalent album. The album had 133K SEAs (-26%, equals 177.11M streams), 4K TEAs (-39%) and 22K in sales (-70%).

Also in album news is Why Don’t We featuring Idol Daniel Seavey. They have a career high rank with “Good Times and the Bad Ones” debuting in 3rd with 46K in equivalent albums. It’s the number one selling album with 38K in sales while also having 7.5K SEAs and 500 TEAs. Previously, they debuted at number 9 on the chart.
