Eight Milestones to report this Monday Evening prior to US Thanksgiving.

Christmas songs continue to set the pace this week. Leading the charge is Katharine McPhee’s “Jingle Bell Rock”. The song is a collaboration with her husband David Foster and is from her new Christmas album. “Jingle Bell Rock” goes top 20 on AC. Was top 40 last week. Meanwhile Olivia Rox’s “Cold Toys” go from top 50 to top 30 on AC. Both Olivia and Katharine are from Idol. Lindsey Sterling was on AGT and DWTS – her “Joy to the World” debuts top 40 on AC.

On Country, we see two milestones. Morgan Wallen’s “Thought You Should Know” debuted two weeks ago on Country and is top 30 this week. It is the second single from The Voice’s alum’s TBA album. Idol Scotty McCreery gets yet another top 40 Country song with “It Matters to Her”.

Pop radio sees “Victoria’s Secret” from Jax going top 15. This Idol’s song started as a viral hit and is her first song to go top 15 on Pop.

Two songs repeat at number one. Idol Colton Dixon’s charity single “Build a Boat” spends a fourth week on the CAC chart. Returning to the top of the AC chart is X-Factor’s Harry Style’s hit song “As it Was”.

On the BB200, Harry’s “Harry’s House” spends another week in the top 10. The album is 9th on the chart (down from 8th) with 30K in equivalent album sales (down less than 1%). His former bandmate Louis Tomlinson has his highest debuting solo album at number 5. “Faith in the Future” is Louis’s second album and it opens with 43K in equivalent album sales (37.5K physical albums). At 6th on the chart is Morgan Wallen’s “Dangerous: The Double Album” with 41K in equivalent album sales (down 1% from the previous week).
