The new single from Miley Cyrus–“We Can’t Stop.” Annoying or not? (I’m going with the former, but maybe that’s just me)
According to Ryan Seacrest, who premiered the song this morning, Miley has been working on this song for an entire year and has been “waiting for this moment for months now.”
