Normally I’d be posting interviews today, as the latest contestant to be eliminated from American Idol made the rounds of the media on the day after.
Today, that would have been Mike Lynche, if the judges’ hadn’t used their one-time save that allowed him to stay in the competition for at least another week.
So instead, I’ve got a news report from FOX Los Angeles for ya. They interview Mike, a few of his castmates, Kara Dioguardi and David Archuleta backstage at Idol post-show. Check it out after the jump. Plus, a reporter from Mike’s hometown in Florida visits his high school.
