American Idol’s Judges Still Think America Is Making the Right Decisions – So far, as the Top 10 have been whittled down to the Top 6, the judges haven’t used their save on any of the eliminated contestants, and that’s just because they think that so far, America is getting it right. “It was one of those things where we didn’t think that America got it wrong. It was a daytime talk show with Deion Sanders and myself. The pilot failed, but I made some decent connections. They called me back in because they wanted to talk about me mentoring on an episode of American Idol. I was in a waiting room and there was a woman next to me. She was super friendly. We were just talking about life and I was really interested in her background and she had a funny accent. She gets called into her meeting. In the wake of the broadcast of the season’s finale this past weekend, thousands of viewers, supported by some prominent TV personalities demanded the re-calculation of the vote on the social media.
