American Idol season 9 RULES MTV on Monday nights! At 9:30 pm, a brand new season of Faking It, starring Katie Stevens airs. At 10:04, Todrick Hall’s new reality series, Todrick, premieres. Todrick and Katie both competed on American Idol in 2010, in the Top 24 and 12 respectively. Added Idol bonus: Season 4 finalist, Vonzell Solomon, is a member of Todrick’s regular Youtube crew. Todrick, the series, follows him and his friends as they film the videos that eventually go viral on the popular platform.
In a brand new-promo for MTV’s upcoming prime-time lineup, Todrick “gets the party (and the summer-fall TV season) started” with a song-and-dance number, with a little help from his friends, including Katie Stevens and Rita Volk from Faking It, in Beau Mirchoff and Jillian Rose Reed of Awkward, and Carly Aquilino and Nessa from Girl Code Live.
