Seriously, Apple. Instead of telling the Idol peeps that bloggers are perpetuating hoaxes on the internets, you need to plug up the holes in your crappy iTunes code first.
Once again, we American Idol fans are seeing things we ain’t supposed to be seeing.
This comes from David Cook’s official forums, where a poster, who has been keeping track of Cook’s videos noticed that Allison Iraheta’s “Alone” video was charting at #202 on the iTunes Top Music Videos chart.
You can only see it via the iTunes RSS feed, which is updated more frequently, thus closer to real-time than what you see at the iTunes site.
Allison probably sold well at iTunes this week since she was just eliminated, but I’m guessing that Adam Lambert and Kris Allen, who have already shown strength on the iTunes charts, are doing at least as well, or better than Allison.
