Who is The Voice 27 Finale Winner? The Top 5 Results Revealed!

The Voice 27 Top 5 sang for your votes on last night’s performance finale. And on tonight’s grand finale, The Voice crowns a winner.

The Top 5 includes Jayden Cree and Adam David from Team Michael Buble, RENZO from Team John Legend, Lucia Flores-Wiseman from Team Adam Levine and and Jaelen Johnston from Team Kelsea Ballerini. The singers will perform a duet with their coach tonight.

The Voice 27 Top 5 Finale Predictions and Poll Results – SHOCK WIN?

Guest performers for tonight:

The Voice 27 Reveals Live Show Format, Special Finale Guest Stars

Foreigner introduces new front man

The show opens with the classic rock outfit Foreigner singing a medley of their greatest hits “Feels Like the First Time,” “Juke Box Hero” and “I Want to Know What Love Is.” Odd. The current Foreigner front man Kelly Hansen introduces the new dude, Luis Maldonado who will take over for him on their next tour. OK. Then.

Kelly Clarkson performs new single “Where Have You Been”

The OG American Idol winner, former The Voice coach and current talk show host revealed the romance between Meryl Streep and Martin Short in Only Murders in the Building inspired the song. I don’t love this song? Is it receiving any radio play? She looks gorgeous tonight as she sings high notes for days.

RENZO and coach John Legend sing Harry Styles “As it Was”

In a video package the two trade compliments while they create “portraits” of each other on matching easels. It’s a decent song pick for two artists who bring very different styles to the performance stage.

Jaelen Johnston and Kelsea Ballerini sing “Whiskey Lullaby” by Brad Paisley and Alison Krauss

Kelsea wants to sing along with Jaelen every time he opens his mouth. The two will sing “Whiskey Lullaby” by Brad Paisley and Alison Krauss. The Voice goes all out when it comes to set dressing for the live performances. The two sit in front of what looks like a real campfire. They could really cheap out on that stuff if it meant more live shows. No, really they could.

Season 22 winner Bryce Leatherwood sings new song “God Made”

The new song from Team Blake Shelton singer Bryce Leatherwood is from his self-titled, debut album released on May 16. Guess what God made? Trucks y’all. Who woulda thunk? (Only half the country songs).

Next is some Olympics pimpage. Skier Mikaela Shiffrin helps Kelsea and Michael with their (bad) skiing. Hilarity ensues. Or not. And then it turns out that Olympic ski chick can sing (kinda).

Chance the Rapper performs new song Space and Time

Former The Voice coach and rapper performs “Space and Time,” the latest song from his new project, Star Line. Thanks for the words, Chance so I can sing along if I choose. (I do not). Fun fact: There is no rapping in this song.

Adam David and Michael Buble perform “The Weight” by The Band

It turns out Adam plays several instruments. Michael is a big fan. Adam calls Michael a “godsend.” The coach admires his “massive life experience.” It’s a song Adam plays on the road. Meanwhile, Michael is doing OK considering the song is way out of his wheelhouse. Good for him catering to Adam’s style and comfort for this duet, though.

Joe Jonas sings his new single “Heart by Heart”

Joe coached The Voice Australia at one time. Now he’s on stage performing his new single “Heart by Heart” from his forthcoming solo album Music for People Who Believe In Love, out May 23. This finale is two hours of waiting to find out who won the show. Most of these performances aren’t even live.

Lucia Flores-Wiseman and Adam Levine covers The Beatles’ While My Guitar Gently Weeps

Lucia asks jokingly if Adam will talk to her after the show is over. Hm. The two cover the classic Beatles song “While My Guitar Gently Weeps.” It’s a George Harrison song, one of his greats from his time with the band. Lucia’s voice is so unique, she doesn’t blend well with Adam. But she seems to be digging it. Adam is a big Beatles fan.

James Bay and Sheryl Crow perform their collab, “You and Me Time”

Sheryl served as a Playoffs mentor this season.

The Top 11 perform Pompeii by Bastille

Next, the Top 5 watch Karate Kid Legends, which is basically Universal pimpage. The movie is all about mentoring, they say. And the artists share thoughts regarding their relationships with their respective coaches. Next, The Top 11 sing a group number, “Pompeii” by Bastille from 2013.

Alicia Keys performs a song from her Broadway musical Hells Kitchen

Former The Voice coach Alicia Keys performs “The River/ “Empire State of Mind” with the new lead, Amanda Reid, of her Broadway musical Hell’s Kitchen. Maybe Jordin Sparks will star in the touring version.

Frenemies Blake Shelton and Adam Levine trade barbs for a jokey clip. Blake forces Adam to say he misses him. Hardy har. After the clip airs Adam declares, “I do love him.”

Jayden Cree and Michael Buble sing I Got You Babe by Sonny and Cher

Well, this song pick is kinda creepy considering Jayden is still a teen. They joke around during most of the song. But still dubious! Jayden is going to sound much better recorded than she does on stage. Her voice is limited, but it does shine on certain types of fun pop hits. Today is Cher’s birthday!

Blake Shelton sings “Texas,” from his new album

Blake Shelton returns to The Voice for the first time since his final season in Spring 2023 to sing “Texas,” from his new album For Recreational Use Only. It marks his 30th career #1 country radio single.

Next, Michael Buble and John Legend do science experiments…or something…in a video package. More hilarity, I guess.

The Voice 27 Results

Finally, the Top 5 take the stage. But of course, Carson has to ask the singers some really dumb questions. It’s mostly “What would you say to your coach tonight?” Blah blah blah. After Jayden and Lucia are announced 5th and 4th place respectively, after the break, the coaches have a few words to the remaining contestants. The artist in third place is…RENZO. I think Adam just swore. Oops.

The winner of The Voice is…Adam David. MY PREDICTION CAME TRUE. At least for the winner.

Jaelen Johnston is runner-up. Congratulations to the TALENTED Adam David!

Social media predicted the Top 2

Once again, social media views predicted the winner. Adam two finale performances came in first and second, while Jaelen’s pimp spot performance had 3rd most views. Adam’s “You Are So Beautiful” smashed it with more than 6 million views. It’s why I predicted him the winner.

Adam David’s Blind Audition was a one chair turn. Additionally, he sang for the Instant Save at the Semi-Final stage and became the fifth finalist. Think of it–AT LEAST four singers garnered more votes than Adam did after the semi-final voting! Also, Michael Buble won Season 26, his first season as a coach, with Sofronio Vasquez.

Runner-up Jaelen Johnston was Kelsea Ballerini’s Super Save. It doesn’t mean much though, as the Super Save occured before the Live Shows and voting. Maybe Kelsea was trying to pitch him as an underdog. It seemed silly that she’d ditch her only remaining country singer at the Playoffs.

It was a weird season. Two weeks of votes ended up being all over the place. Carson never mentioned that the votes were close. Maybe fans voted for performances based on the night, rather than the entire season. RENZO, Lucia Flores-Wiseman and Jayden Cree did not perform even close to their personal best at the final. Anywho. The correct person won.

The Voice 27 Top 5 Results

Fifth Place – Jayden Cree – Team Buble
Fourth Place – Lucia Flores-Wiseman – Team Adam
Third Place – RENZO – Team Legend
Runner-up – Jaelen Johnston – Team Kelsea
WINNER – Adam David – Team Michael
