Idols on the Billboard 2009 Year-End Chart

I know many of you have been waiting for this thread, and I apologize for taking so long!     Billboard released their year-end and decade-end charts last week.

Here’s the massive Idol Billboard Chart for 2009 (it runs Nov. to Nov.) and it’s chock full of Idol goodness!   I’m working on the decade-end chart right now–it’s coming soon, I promise!

Kelly Clarkson, David Cook, Daughtry and Carrie Underwood are all over the chart.

Jennifer Hudson is well represented on the R&B charts.   Mandisa rocks the Christian charts.   And there are also appearances by David Archuleta, Jordin Sparks, Phil Stacey, Kellie Pickler and even Constantine Maroulis and Jared Cotter (Top 24 contestant, co-wrote “Down” for Jay Sean) and Chris Sligh (co-writer of the Rascal Flatts hit, “Here Comes Goodbye”)

For a compare-and-contrast, check out the 2008 chart HERE.
