Pentatonix helps Dolly Parton to become the first person to have a top 40 Country Songs hit in six consecutive decades (starting in the 60’s). Country has tilted on its axis over the last 60 years and the music is quite different now from then. The songs starts out with 2.6M streams and 18K in downloads. The video already has over 10M views.
This is Pentatonix’s first times on the Country charts. Dolly first charted with “Jolene” back in 1974.
